The Obsidian Dragon Short Film (Part I) is finally here!

Hello there folks! It’s been a while and I do apologise for my absence, but life got pretty busy 🥹

I’m playing with AI video generation lately and I must admit it’s a hell of a ride, fun but highly tiring lol

And what a better way to test my (still absolute crappy) skills than creating a short film about my first book?

After countless hours of writing, planning, storyboarding, editing, and more coffee than I’d care to admit, I’m incredibly excited to finally share the first part of the Short Film inspired by The Obsidian Dragon.

Watching scenes that lived only in my imagination for years finally come to life has been an incredible experience. From the streets of Cambridge to the timeless beauty of Kyoto, every sequence was carefully crafted to capture the atmosphere of the novel and bring Aribeth’s journey to the screen.

This trailer marks the beginning of a much larger adventure—one filled with ancient mysteries, hidden truths, and unforgettable encounters. And this is only Part I.

I hope you’ll enjoy stepping into Aribeth’s world as much as I enjoyed bringing it to life.
