The Obsidian Dragon – Short Film | Part III is now live! 🎬
Well… somehow we’ve already reached Part III. ❤️
When I first started experimenting with AI filmmaking, I honestly had no idea where this journey would lead. It began as a simple curiosity—could I bring the scenes that had lived in my imagination for years to life? What started as an experiment has gradually turned into a project that I’m genuinely passionate about.
This third chapter continues Aribeth’s journey as new mysteries unfold, old wounds refuse to heal, and the world around her grows ever more unpredictable. With every new scene, I find myself discovering new ways to tell the story, balancing atmosphere, emotion, and spectacle while staying as faithful as possible to the novel that inspired it all.
Like the previous chapters, this one came with its fair share of challenges (and yes… AI still enjoys reminding me who’s really in charge 🤣). Some scenes came together almost effortlessly, while others demanded countless revisions, experiments, and the occasional negotiation with algorithms that clearly had very different ideas from mine.
Looking back at the first chapter, it’s incredible to see how much these short films have evolved in such a short time. Every trailer teaches me something new, every mistake becomes another lesson, and every finished chapter makes me even more excited to tackle the next one.
As always, I’d love to hear what you think! If you watch the video, let me know which scene was your favourite, either here on the website or over on YouTube. Your comments, suggestions, and encouragement genuinely make this journey even more rewarding.
Thank you for continuing to follow Aribeth’s adventure.
I hope you enjoy the next chapter… and there’s plenty more still to come. ❤️
Happy watching!
